On iPhone (TestFlight)

The iPhone beta is via TestFlight — the “iPhone” link is on the home page. Install the TestFlight app, tap the link, and accept the invitation. Apple is still reviewing the beta, so it may take a bit to accept testers; if it won't let you join yet, try again a little later. Requires an iPhone on iOS 16 or later.

On Android (Google Play)

• Android 12 or later.
• Open the link with the Google account authorized for the test.
• It installs and updates through Google Play; there's no side APK.
• Approximate size: ~60 MB.

What to test this week

1. 1

   Create your pet's profile with its species — check the app adapts (sounds, services and reminders that make sense for it).

2. 2

   Try Attention Mode: species sounds and auto-capture when it looks at the lens (works best with dog, cat and bird). Also try Walk mode with the volume buttons.

3. 3

   Edit and save a photo (background, animal-vision filters) and confirm it shows up correctly in your gallery.

4. 4

   Log a weight and a reminder, export the PDF record, create a backup, and send us a comment.

Known issues

We're in beta, so some details may still need polish. We have no serious issues reported in this build; some features are more accurate on some species than others (for example, auto-capture works best when both eyes are visible). If something breaks, let us know.

Your data & backup

Your photos and profiles live on your phone. Create a backup from the app before you uninstall or switch devices; you can restore it when you reinstall. The backup includes your profiles and care data, but not your photos or videos (those stay in your device gallery). Online features are optional and we tell you what's shared before sending it.

What's new & leaving the beta

Want to leave the beta? On Android, stop being a tester from the Google Play link; on iPhone, remove Hijopet from the TestFlight app. If you need help, email contacto@hijopet.com.
